Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Tenderna (tenderna.com), a business-to-business tendering platform operated by Yalla Company for Website Services W.L.L. (يلا كومباني لخدمات المواقع الإلكترونية ذ.م.م), Commercial Registration (CR) No. 255139, Tax ID (TIN) 5009321498, Doha, State of Qatar ("Tenderna", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you register.
1. Who may use Tenderna
Tenderna is for registered businesses and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18, have authority to act for your company, and give accurate registration details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
2. Buyers and tenders
- Posting a tender is free. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the scope, documents, budget and deadline they publish, and for any procurement rules that apply to them.
- Buyers may choose an open tender (visible to all verified suppliers) or a closed tender (visible only to invited companies), and may hide their company name from bidders until award.
- Deadlines can be extended but not shortened. Bidding closes automatically at the deadline.
- Posting a tender does not oblige the buyer to award it. Any contract that follows an award is solely between the buyer and the supplier.
3. Suppliers and bids
- Only companies that pass Tenderna verification (commercial registration, trade licence and evidence of past projects) may bid. Verification is a document check, not a guarantee of a supplier's performance, solvency or suitability.
- Bids are sealed: the buyer cannot see amounts or proposals until the deadline passes or bidding is closed. A bid cannot be edited after submission; it can be withdrawn and re-submitted before the deadline. Every action is recorded in the tender trail.
- By submitting a bid you confirm it is genuine, made in good faith and not coordinated with other bidders.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: misrepresent your identity or company; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious files; attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours; probe, scrape or disrupt the platform; collude, bid-rig or manipulate tenders; or use Tenderna to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts, hide tenders or remove content that breaches these Terms.
5. The tender record
Tenderna keeps a timestamped, append-only record of tender events (publication, amendments, bids, clarifications, status changes and awards) and issues award references. The record reflects actions taken on the platform; Tenderna is not a party to any tender or contract.
6. Procurement services
Optional paid services (RFQ writing, bid evaluation, managed tenders) are provided under a separate written quotation.
7. Fees
Posting tenders and bidding are currently free. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing fees for any existing feature.
8. Intellectual property and content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Tenderna a licence to host, display and process it only to operate the platform for you and the parties you choose to share it with.
9. Liability
Tenderna is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, Tenderna is not liable for the outcome of any tender, for the acts or omissions of buyers or suppliers, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Tender records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with its date. Questions: contact us or email hello@tenderna.com.
